1948 My Favorite Husband - Lucille Ball - RARE Orig. 1940s Leather Paperweight

Found in a Richmond, Virginia estate, this 3.5" x 3.5" leather paperweight has Lucille Ball's picture in black and white print, and in gold stamping on the obverse, "Sincerely, Lucille Ball, Star of "My Favorite Husband" Fridays CBS Jell-o" and on the obverse, in gold stamping, "Norman Rowe."  I believe this may have been some sort of promotional give-a-way to promote the show.  Stitched along the sides, some wear, but no significant defects.
I have searched and searched for original items from this radio show and they are very rare.  And I can find no reference to this promotional item anywhere.
