a recently issued full color catalog from the upcoming auction of Marilyn Monroe items from the historic movie archive of the Gene London Cinema Collection.
Most prominently featured is Marilyn Monroe's original wardrobe ensemble as "Cherie" in "Bus Stop" (1956); reportedly obtained directly from Twentieth Century Fox.
As offered by Heritage Auctions; July 16 & 18, 2021.  Features memorabilia associated with Charlie Chaplin, Clark Gable, James Dean, Elizabeth Taylor, Lucille Ball, Al Jolson, Marlene Dietrich, Grace Kelly and many more.
Films include Gone with the Wind; Casablanca; Birth of a Nation; Bus Stop; Back to the Future; Star Trek
Includes Academy Award Oscar statuette and Irving Thalberg Award; as well as props, costumes, matte paintings and original story concept paintings.
