Unit is used but is in excellent cosmetic condition and does not have any damage. Unit is from a surgical surplus sale. It does not include the fiber or aperture. It comes with key and the footswitch. Please review all pictures and if you have any question please send me a message. We do not have any warranty on this item, it was not transferred to us. You will need to contact the manufacturer to request warranty. What you see in the pictures is what it is, what is described and is what you will receive. This item is available for in person inspection and purchase. This item will not be shipped without insurance and if you elect to do so(international buyers), we will not be liable for lost or shipping damage. Shipping is always based on your zip code or location. We don’t have a fix price because each package and destination has their own rate. We charge what it cost to pack and ship each item. For smaller items we usually ship within 1 business day, for larger or fragile, 1-2 business days and much larger freight that require extensive packing 2-4 business days. We always provide tracking numbers.

With regard to transit, unless your item(s) is shipped global express and UPS express guarantee; transit time can be longer than expected depending on the country.
